Please note: We offer one free headshot per employee every academic calendar year. If you decide to have more than one headshot taken during that same year, there will be a $20 fee for each additional sitting.
As a UW-Parkside employee, we offer one free headshot per individual. We have a specific branding for our headshots. The backdrop is a dark gray. Please consider wearing professional attire for your photograph; avoid patterns if at all possible. Only one outfit is allowed.
Your session will last about 10 minutes total. You will select your favorite two images; one horizontal and one vertical. Once images are selected, your photo will be given our standard "touch up" and we'll send you 5x7 print resolution and web resolution files for you to use. Your final images will be sent to you via email. Your images are also kept on file and will be available to the AIM server when you check the "show my photo" box. This is encouraged.
If you would like to book a session, you can place a work order. A work order is required. You can easily fill in the information for your work order below. Please fill out one order form per person. You will receive a confirmation email once you have hit submit from UW-P Creative Services. If you have questions, you can contact Alyssa Nepper at neppera@uwp.edu or x2286.
Please note, until we receive your work order, your session will not go onto our calendar. Once you receive a calendar invitation from our office, your work order has been officially confirmed and is on our calendar. Due to the high volume of events on campus, a work order is required to ensure your request is on our calendar.
*Headshots for large quantities of individuals will require a meeting prior to setting up an appointment to discuss details with Alyssa.

- Professional attire is encouraged for your headshot. One outfit only.
Directions to Creative Services
- Go to the library and take the elevator to D2.
- Take a right out of the elevator. You will see Creative Services.
- You can ring the bell at the front desk and let Derek know you are here for a headshot.
